Don Rimx Store Return Policy

Welcome to the Don Rimx store! We appreciate your interest in our unique, made-to-order items. Please be sure to read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Made-to-Order Items:

Just so you know, each item in our store is made to order, specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for misordering or incorrect sizing. We encourage you to carefully review your order and size selections before purchasing.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@donrimx.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Include a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will review your claim, and if it is deemed an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

Lost Packages:

For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and take the appropriate action.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Shipments:

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address you provided or remains unclaimed, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. After 30 days, unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.

Communication:

Please direct all inquiries and claims to info@donrimx.com. We do not handle customer service issues on social media platforms.

Exceptions:

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for sealed goods such as face masks. Any returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

EU Consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized or for sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
